Currently, we only deliver to German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We kindly ask our customers to inform themselves about import taxes and customs duties in their home country, as these must be covered by the customer.
Shipping costs a flat rate of €6.99.
You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the goods were received by you. If the product is defective, we will refund the purchase price and cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs. Yes. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the item price as well as the original shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the return shipping costs. The refund will only be issued via the original payment method used.
