Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout! Free shipping from 70€.
You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the goods were received by you. If the product is defective, we will refund the purchase price and cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs. If you have received a defective product, please contact us.
Yes. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the item price as well as the original shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the return shipping costs. The refund will only be issued via the original payment method used.
Returns from Switzerland and other non-EU countries: Additional costs such as customs duties, cash on delivery fees, or package collection from the customs office will not be covered, and such packages will not be accepted by us.
